We currently ship to the following countries:

We do not ship internationally outside these regions at this time.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

For custom or made-to-order items, additional processing time may apply. If that’s the case, we will notify you by email.

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary depending on the courier or during high-volume periods.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight or size of the items.

At most deliveries we are setting a flat rate of €1.5 to simplify the process.

We offer free shipping for orders over €5.

Tracked shipping is available and recommended for peace of mind.

We take great care in packaging all orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Whenever possible, we use eco-friendly packaging materials.

We will investigate with the courier and keep you updated.

If you choose tracked shipping at checkout, a tracking number will be sent to your email once the order is shipped.

There are no customs fees for deliveries within the EU. However, if any unexpected fees arise, the buyer is responsible for them.
